At Vinex IAS Academy, all course fees are generally non-refundable. By enrolling in any course (online or offline), you agree to this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid for the following are non-refundable:

• Online or offline coaching programs
• Recorded video courses
• Study materials and test series
• Any discounted or promotional offers

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but course access not provided
• Major change in course structure or cancellation by the institute

All such requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Vinex IAS Academy.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under eligible conditions, you must contact us within 3–5 days of payment with valid proof. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Course Access Rule

Once course access is provided or classes are attended, the service is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.

7. Policy Updates

Vinex IAS Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
